Not that long ago in Europe, one had to go to a church, a temple or a mosque to imbibe industrial quantities of religious doctrine.
Since the beginning of the 21st century, however, it has become possible to access it in a great and self-satisfied profusion on the editorial pages of the continent’s “serious” and nominally progressive dailies, papers like The Guardian, El País, La Repubblica, Le Monde,and Suddeutsche Zeitung.
The particular brand of theology being pushed?
Is it really necessary for me to explain to you why it’s acceptable, necessary, and admirable for the United States and its minor allies to be blowing up houses, families, men, women, and children in Syria?
This latest story of blowing up 85 civilians in their homes has some people confused and concerned. Let me help you out.

President Barack Obama escalated the drone war he has conducted for the past five and a half years by declaring his intention to “degrade and ultimately destroy” the Islamic State, also known as ISIS, or ISIL. The CIA is paying the American Telephone and Telegraph (AT&T) telephone company more than 10 million dollars a year for access to their huge databases, including calls made by U.S. citizens, according to The New York Times.
The CIA points out the phone numbers of suspected "terrorists" abroad and AT&T revises its databases and call logs that could help identify collaborators. The company has a large data file of phone calls, both international and domestic.
St. Petersburg, Russia (SEP/06/2013) - the President of Russia, Vladímir Putin, said today that his country will help Syria in the event of a foreign military attack.
"Are we going to help Syria? Yes, Putin said in response to a question about what will do Moscow in case of foreign military intervention in Syria, in the final of the G-20 Summit in St. Petersburg press conference.
Putin added: "we are already helping. We supply weapons and cooperate in the economic field."
